This, together with your patient and genuinely helpful 'customer care', means I shall not ask for a refund - perhaps even under the above circumstances, you would not be happy to give one in any case, and I wouldn't want any unseemly wrangling in public here on AVSIM! :-)However, I have uninstalled AS6 from my FS PC for now - leaving it on my internet-enabled PC so that I can experiment.

You replied advising me to buy ActiveSky for this however, which I eventually did: I since found out how to do what I originally wanted purely in FS9 (how come I hadn't sussed this before, having been simming for 3 years!), so in one sense I wasted my money getting AS6.That said, even without ASG, AS6 clearly does a great deal more than I had anticipated, and much of that, when I get it all working, I will, I am sure, greatly appreciate. If you hadn't been so good with the 'after-sales service', I think I'd be asking for my money back though - partly because I originally posted to AVSIM simply asking how to load different weather settings at departure and destination points - I had no thought of buying AS at that stage, already having FE installed.

Hi Jim,I appreciate your help, I really do. Am I just unlucky, or is this not just my experience?M. But if there is no way to open the interface, load up weather requirements within a couple of minutes and see the results in FS9, without all these errors (is my installation suddenly corrupt and in need of a reinstall?) the end result is that feeling, familiar to all PC users in one capacity or another, of just wanting to throw the whole lot out of the window and do something else! After an hour of anguish with AS6 I certainly am no longer in the mood to fly FS9!So do I just uninstall AS6 and say I wasted my money? I've posted several times here already with one problem or another, and though Jim is very helpful, I can't try everyone's patience indefinitely! Mine is definitely almost exhausted I'm afraid. I am sure AS6 is a wonderful thing - enough people say so.

It is also recommended to ensure that it is reachable only from a trusted network or VPN," explains Docker's security guide. If the tone of this post sounds frustrated, well, I am! Not angry, just frustrated - and very disappointed.I sat down one hour ago to fly FS9, and I am still stuck trying to load weather in AS! I'm basically far from PC illiterate and I've followed the instructions in the manual a dozen times over but I still get run-time errors trying to fetch reports or whenever I use Wx Finder (AS closes down completely) no weather loading in FS9 after spending forever trying to install METARs or pre-saved/default templates into the programme, "Error During Process." messages every time I try to load up a flight plan entry (none of my flight plans load!). "Therefore it is mandatory to secure API endpoints with HTTPS and certificates. In January 2021, TeamTNT upgraded its miners with sophisticated detection evasion tricks while still harvesting user credentials from the compromised servers.ĭocker provides some "mandatory" tips that can be used lock down Docker's REST API and prevent these types of attacks. In October 2020, the actors added Monero mining and credential-stealing capabilities, targeting Docker instances.

They first created a worm to exploit Docker and Kubernetes en masse back in August 2020. TeamTNT is a sophisticated actor that constantly evolves its techniques, shifts short-term targeting focus but remains a constant threat to vulnerable Docker systems. This could be how TeamTNT gained the information it used for the compromised sites in this attack," explains TrendMicro's research published today.Īs such, TeamTNT demonstrates a high level of operational planning, being organized and purposeful in their goals. "Our July 2021 research into TeamTNT showed that the group previously used credential stealers that would rake in credentials from configuration files. The actors were spotted collecting Docker Hub credentials in a previous campaign analyzed by TrendMicro in July when credentials stealers were deployed in attacks. Using compromised Docker Hub accounts makes the distribution points more reliable for the actors, as they are harder to map, report, and takedown. TrendMicro reports that this campaign also uses compromised Docker Hub accounts controlled by TeamTNT to drop malicious Docker images. Similarities between old and past container image samplesįinally, the IP address that is used for TeamTNT’s current infrastructure (459148182) has been associated with multiple domains that served malware in the past.
